Communicate with your Clients Straight from the Desktop

Customer Logic allows and tracks all kinds of Client Communication. Client communication can be linked to a Client, Patient or Consult, and is tracked separately from the Medical Record. This keeps the Medical Record cleaner, and prevents your communication notes from being sent to referring vets or printed out in copies of the history for the owner.

Customer Logic also contains a marketing module, which allows you to quickly refine a set of client names and addresses, and create mail merge letters or emails.
